Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near the RIO shopping area and a charming new wine bar, Cooper's Hawk Winery. The rooms are clean and tidy, albeit with a slightly louder A/C. The location, though bustling with 24/7 coffee and tea, might suffer from noise issues. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, with some minor inconveniences.
Upon arrival on a chilly, damp spring evening, I was impressed by the room's spacious layout and apparent recent updates. However, concerns arose due to the lack of temperature control with nonfunctional thermostats, leading to an uncomfortable stay. The cleanliness was noteworthy, yet a grungy appearance made the room seem unsanitary.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and bug-free, but there was a minor issue with a leak in the ceiling. On the bright side, having an adjoining suite option is convenient if you're traveling with a group. The service was pleasant overall but seemed inexperienced in some areas, like when misinforming about the noise issue. The location is large and offers 24/7 coffee and tea, located near the RIO shopping area and a lovely wine bar, Coopers Hawk Winery. The dining options weren't exceptional, with buffet-style meals. However, the hotel's facilities were solid and well-maintained.
I found the hotel to be conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to get around the area. The rooms had both positives and negatives, with spacious closets but issues like dirty HVAC vents and poor water pressure in the shower. The service was friendly, but the shuttle frequency left something to be desired. The dining experience was decent but not spectacular, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
